SUMMARY

Fibrohistiocytic tumors of the conjunctiva are rare. Atypical fibroxanthoma is regarded as a supeificial form of malignant fibrous histiocytoma ( MFH). We report the first national case in a 78-year-old woman. Clinical and histopathological characteristics of this tumor are discussed.
