Método (fórmula) para avaliação da refração ocular no glaucoma congênito

SUMMARY

The authors report a combined semiologic method to estimate the refraction in eyes with congenital glaucoma when the retinoscopy is impossible due to corneal opacities. This study was done in 79 eyes (51 patients) with congenital glaucoma and transparent corneas.

The patient's age range from 0,5 to 33 years. A multiple regression linear model was developed with dates obtained from retinoscopy corneal curvature and axial lenght of these eyes.
