SUMMARY

The authors report 10 cases of idiopathic inflamatory orbital pseudotumors. The literature is review. Clinical manifestations and computerized tomography images are analysed.

Surgical ressection have to be indicated in tire cases restrict to lacrimal gland therapy with steroids is useful in the others cases.
