The authors describe the findings of digital indocyanine green videoangiography (ICG-V) in 8 patients with medical history of blunt ocular trauma and funduscopic lesions. Choroidal rupture was the most frequent lesion occurring in 75% of the cases (6 patients). The JCG-V allowed better identification and delimitation of choroidal ruptures when compared to fluorescein angiography, being a useful diagnostic tool. The choroidal lesions associated with poorer vision were untreatable and located at the foveal region.
